Sir,

         This is with reference to your application and profile in response to our Advertisement for the Empanelment of Firms for designing and presentation of Archival Exhibitions.

     In this connection we are pleased to inform you that you have been empanelled in this Department for the preparation of Archival exhibitions and as and when services required, the request for the same would be sent to you accordingly. It may please be noted that the Empanelment of Firms/ Individual does not by itself guarantee, or entitle it to an assignment of any work from National Archives of India.

    As per norms of the Government of India, all empanelled firms would be invited to bid for the assignment of the work relating to exhibitions. This empanelment is valid for a period of two years from the date of issue of this letter. It will be appreciated if you would kindly acknowledge the receipt of the letter and communicate your acceptance to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
